PyData Meetup #14: A Brief Introduction to Network Representation Learning

On March 15th 2022, Inzamam Rahaman will be presenting a brief introduction into Network Representation Learning. Whether you're into Mathematics, AI or even just graphs - this is so much to learn. You'll be surprised at its applications!

Description: Graphs serve as important abstraction for modelling a variety of systems and scenarios. However, most traditional machine learning algorithms cannot be trivially employed on graphical datasets. Network Representation Learning endeavors to pre-process graph datasets such that traditional techniques can be discharged to make predictions and yield insights. In this talk, we will survey the core concepts behind Network Representation Learning, and discuss some important methods in this space.
