Description: Video compression is necessary to support modern media streaming and content needs, however it comes at a cost. The heavier the compression, the more compression artifacts are introduced, leading to a lower quality to the end user. In this presentation, we propose a WGAN based method that uses selected layers from a pretrained classification network in the critic model.
