Description: State of the Art Deep Learning License Plate Recognition. This is an attempt at solving current ALPR weaknesses when used on CCTV cameras. It uses YOLOv4 for detection and a combined CNN+LSTM and a custom layer for implementing CTC loss for Optical Character Recognition.
